铣刨机实心轮胎 22*9-16、26*10-18、28*10-20

压配式实心轮胎主要适用于轮胎式铣刨机和平板拖车上，由胎面胶和基部钢圈通过模压化而成，具有负载能力高、接地面积大、行车平稳、重心低、使用寿命长等特征。
Solid tire of pressing type was used at rubber-tyred milling machine &.flatcar.This solid tire was produced with sulfuration &.tool pressing working process,which tire has below characteristice:high capacity,more catching gound surface,stable running,lower barycenter and long life.

1、 胎面采用高模量的橡胶，具有较低的滚动阻力和很高的耐磨性。
The material of tire adopt high modulus rubber,This tire has lower rolling resistance and higher wear resistance.

2、 基部钢圈采用Q235钢材，通过专业方法加工而成。要求钢圈内公差±0.64mm；相匹配的轮毂直径公差±0.13mm。
The material fo wheel hub adopt steel Q235,wheelhub was made via professional working process.The inner toleance of hub is ±064mm,The diameter tolerance of wheel hub is ±0.13mm

3、 生产的轮胎具有可追溯性，完善的售后服务。
Each solid tire has series number,which easily track to ensure perfect after service.

4、 具有成品检验和试验规程，可进行轮胎耐久试验、负载下温度试验、中间材料控制试验。
